Copyright Ownership:

a. All images remain the exclusive property of Unbridled Lens Photography. No transfer of rights or ownership occurs through viewing, sharing, or downloading. As the photographer, we own the copyright in all images created by us (or our agents) as soon as the image is fixed in a tangible medium (e.g., digital file) under U.S. copyright law.

b. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain all rights (including reproduction, distribution, display, creation of derivative works) in the images.

c. We grant you a license (not ownership) to use the delivered images as specified in your Service Agreement.

d. You may not claim ownership of the images unless we have explicitly transferred the copyright in writing.

Watermarks & Credit:

Do not remove, crop out, or alter any watermark, logo, or copyright notice. When sharing on social media, images must remain unedited and visibly watermarked, with credit given to @UnbridledLensPhotography or Unbridled Lens Photography.

Permitted Uses (with Permission):

Clients may print images for personal use and may use images in marketing, publications, or media materials only with written permission from Unbridled Lens Photography. This ensures proper credit and quality representation of the work.

Usage Restrictions:

Images may not be resold, heavily edited, or used to promote other photographers or businesses without prior approval.

Legal Notice:

a. Unauthorized editing, reproduction, or commercial use violates U.S. copyright law and may result in legal action. You acknowledge that unauthorized use of copyrighted images (including copying, distribution, public display, creating derivative works) may constitute infringement under U.S. law.
b. We reserve the right to pursue enforcement, including injunctive relief, statutory damages, and attorneys' fees in the event of unauthorized use.

c. You must notify Unbridled Lens Photography promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of our images.
